Our former instructor, Anna Krizova, is visiting Amsterdam and will teach a Heels Pole Choreo workshop at PDFA! Step into a choreography that blends fluidity, expression, and strength, all in perfect harmony with the music. You'll learn a combination of smooth, continuous flow and dynamic, powerful movement, with plenty of room to add your own flavour and individuality along the way. Required level: Pre-intermediate heels pole.

Rachael Gisella is coming to PDFA for two exclusive workshops this July! Based between Lisbon and London, Rachael is an award-winning performer, instructor, and competition judge, known for her sensual low-flow style and expressive performances. She has performed at major venues such as The O2 Arena and London Stadium alongside artists including Snoop Dogg and Burna Boy. Her workshops focus on fluid movement, sensual basework, technique, and confidence — all in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. Price: €70 per workshop.
