Anastasiia Iamshchikova

Anastasiia is a Russian Exotic Pole Dancer and makes sure PDFA gets it’s shot Russian style with her classes Russian Exotic and Exotic Floorwork.

Anastasiia is an Exotic pole dancer and she was born and raised in Moskou, Russia. As a young girl she did Ballet, you’ll see this in her elegant movement and flexibility. In 2008 she started het professional carreer as an Exotic pole dancer. She taught pole dancing, gogo dance and striptease at different dance companies. Since she has been living in Amsterdam she became part of the PDFA team to enforce it with her Russian influences. In her classes Russian Exotic and Exotic Floorwork you will learn that famous Russian style. Anastasiia is a great teacher who loves to share her passion for pole dancing with her students.

Anouk is a true powerchick and helps everyone to nail that Iron X in her Power Pole classes.

Anouk saw the pole dancing light in March 2011 en she has been addicted tot he sport ever since. She had been dancing for fun her entire life, from ballroom to streetdance, but this felt like true love. Her focus is strength and she makes an Iron X, Human Flag and deadlift look easy, but she also loves to give you all her tips and tricks in her Power Pole classes to nail them. She also teaches Beginners 1, Beginners 2 and Intermediate and she likes seeing her students progressing the most. After that she likes looking for fun eighties and nineties music to play in her classes.

Ilse Winter

Ilse has a natural flexibility and loves to focus on technique. You’ll find both in her classes Get Flexy and Beginners 2.

Ilse started classical ballet as a little girl. Soon Modern Jazz, Streetdance, Gymnastics and Ballroom Dancing followed. In 2012 Pole Dancing draw her attention because she wanted to combine acrobatics with dancing. Because of her background and natural flexibility pole dancing suited her like a glove. At PDFA she developped a love for Exotic and Sexy Pole and she’ crazy about handstands and flexitricks. She teaches Beginners 2 and Get Flexy. What she loves about teaching is seeing students grow in their own way and see them being amazed by what their bodies are capable of.

Juul de Metz

Juul is our pole artist by heart. She comes up with the most creative combo’s and choreo’s for her Sexy Pole and technique classes.

Juul did martial arts since the age of fifteen. Taekwondo, Capoeira, Kickboxing and Mixed Material Arts gave her strength and technique, but she missed music and grace in her sport. During her internship in Great-Britain she tried pole dancing and that changed her world. Back in Holland she kept pole dancing and nowadays it’s part of her lifestyle, she couldn’t live without it. She teaches, but she is also a great and unique performer. Creativity, cool combo’s and perserverance is what you’ll find at her classes. She teaches Beginners 1, Beginners 2, Intermediate, Advanced and Sexy Pole.

Aline is one of the PDFA oldies: she started pole dancing in 2012 at USC together with instructors Sharon and Juul.

Aline is one of the PDFA oldies: she started pole dancing in 2012 at USC together with instructors Sharon and Juul. When the first PDFA studio opened in 2013, it felt like her second home. From an early age she always loved to dance. She did ballet, streetdance, gogo dancing and a pre-course at Lucia Marthas. She found the perfect combination in pole dance and her pole dance goal is to become more flexible and to nail her Iron X. She now teaches the pole dance courses at USC herself and she substitutes for our regular instructors. She loves giving tips to her students to help them reach their pole dance goal!

Maria is a modern dancer by heart. She combines het dancetechniques with the pole in an unique way in her Pol’ography classes.

Maria has been dancing since she was five years old and is a modern dancer by heart. She is an educated modern ballet dancer and did her education at the National Ballet Academy in Poland, where she is from. She continued her studies at the Brucker Private University, Austria. Her first encounter with pole dancing was in 2014, when she saw a pole performance by Tatjana van Onna. She started following classes and after a year of pole training she started to combine her own dancing style with pole techniques. The result of this is an unique polestyle which she is happily to teach you in her Pol’ography classes.

Yasmin is our handstand queen but she is also crazy about pole dance.

She started taking classes at PDFA in 2015. A colleague convinced her that it would be totally her cup of tea. As a kid she was always into dancing: tap dance, hiphop, contemporary dance, so why not try pole dance? After her first class she was hooked and she has been with us ever since. She totally rocks the spinning pole. Her ultimate pole dance goal is to be able to deadlift and to master the janeiro. She started teaching at PDFA in 2018 and loves to share her passion with others.

As almost every little girl in Russia, Diana started as a ballet dancer. Later on she moved to modern dancing and acrobatics.

As almost every little girl in Russia, Diana started as a ballet dancer. Later on she moved to modern dancing and acrobatics. At the age of 23 she discovered Aerial silks, which for her is a perfect combination of strength, grace and just the right amount of risk. Over the years it became more than a hobby. She likes participating in aerial competitions in the Netherlands. Besides looking after the pointed toes of her students, she also is a freelance aerial performer and IT specialist. In her classes she focuses on techniques and conditioning. Her passion is to encourage people to discover what they never thought they would be capable of.

Tatjana van Onna

Tatjana is the owner of PDFA and one of the best pole dancers of the Netherlands. She teaches almost all the advanced classes.

Tatjana started pole dancing in 2011 and with her background of gymnastics and fitness she developed quickly and became one of the best pole dancers in the Netherlands. She participated in a lot of competitions, had pole dancing classes abroad, performed a lot and became a teacher in 2012. Early 2013 she decided to open her own studio and Pole Dance Factory Amsterdam was born in september that year. In 2017, the second studio opened. Besides being the boss, she loves teaching Spinny Pole, Sexy Pole. Advanced and Get Flexy. It gives her energy and satisfaction, and she hopes to transfer this energy to her students.

Valentina Zaytseva

Valentina loves to push herself and you will never hear her say ‘I can’t’. She teaches her technique and get flexy classes this way as well.

Valentina has always been into sports. For ten years she did athletics and ballet. She felt greatly attracted to both sports. In 2015 she took her first pole dancing class. In pole dancing she found the combination of the two sports she practised before: the combination of flexibility and strength. She finds the harmony between gracefulness and power in pole dancing breathtaking. Pole dancing enables her to seek the boundaries of what the body is capable of. In her classes Beginners 1, Beginners 2 and Get Flexy she helps her students to seek the boundries as well.

Feliz is our quiet one, but don’t underestimate the tricks and combo’s she can do! Try it yourself in her beginners 1 and Intermediate classes.

As a young girl Feliz loved to do acrobatic tricks with her friends at the schoolyards. When she turned eight years old she started gymnastics but when puberty kicked in she stopped. After highschool she picked up sports again, but she couldn’t find any sport where she felt at home. Athletics, badminton, swimming and fitness couldn’t steal her heart. But luckily pole dancing did when she tried it in 2013. She never stopped pole dancing since, in fact, she is more sport-obsessed than ever. In her classes Intermediate and Pole Beginners 1 she will try to get you as obsessed as she is with pole dancing.

Gabriela was born in the Czech Republic where she was trained as a classical ballet dancer since an early age.

Gabriela was born in the Czech Republic where she was trained as a classical ballet dancer since an early age. As a teenager she moved to London where she started her aerial education at The Circus Space. Her passion for aerial arts was a fact. At the moment Gabriela lives in Amsterdam where she works as an aerial performance artist with Sol’Air and Flying Artwork companies and as an Aerial Arts teacher. Gabriela’s main focus is on aerial silks and aerial loop. She likes to bring strength and flexibility moves into flawless aerial dance and pays attention to performance skills. She loves sharing her passion with her students.

Nicole Cole

Nicole is our Twerk Queen by heart. If you think Twerk is easy, think twice and try out her hard but fun twerk classes.

Nicole is originally from Poland and she has been dancing since the age of five. She started with gymnastics but soon she discovered dancestyles like cheerleading, modern jazz, showdance, gogo dancing, salsa, twerk and dancehall. As long as it is sexy and feminine, Nicole knows how to handle it. She is known for her feminine and sensual style which is a mix of everything she learned so far. Her true love is Dancehall combined with Twerk, so this is what you will mainly find yourself doing in her Twerk classes. She a a true animal on stage and she dances a lot in (inter)national clubs and on parties.

Daisy van Dort

Daisy van Dort teaches Aerial hoop at PDFA. She combines her love for dance, pole and hoop at Pole Dance Factory Amsterdam.

She danced since an early age, but once she discovered that Dance Academy just wasn't her thing, she let go of this passion. Soon after this decision she was asked to teach jazz, ballet and contemporary dance and just like that, dancing was back in her life. A couple of years later she left The Netherlands to travel, work and study abroad and once again she left dancing behind. Finally in New Zealand she bumped into pole dancing and half a year later she started teaching. Four years later she moved back to Amsterdam where she started her journey into aerial hoop. Besides hoop she loves pole and Daisy is determined to never leave her passion behind again!

Maroussia is our energetic French instructor and totally obsessed with pole dance in a good way.

Her dance story started when she was 3 years old with ballet dance and later on modern ballet. When she turned 18, she saw a documentary about pole dancing and she loved it. Sadly there weren’t any pole studios in France in 2008. Faith works in mysterious ways: years later she moved to Amsterdam and in 2015 she found us! She loves Power Pole and all kind of strength moves, but what she loves most is the confidence and strength in being a woman which she gained through pole dancing. Pole dance makes her happy and teaching others how to pole dance even more. It is simply her biggest passion in life.

Lianne is our go to girl if you have any problems with your account, but she is also a great instructor! She teaches Beginners 1 and Beginners 2 on Tuesday mornings at PDFA-Oost. Lianne has a big talent for managing pretty much everything, before she started her job at PDFA she worked for 10 years as an international football agent and artist manager after finishing her studies International Business at Tilburg University. When she was young she used to do horse back riding, dancing and gymnastics, so it was no surprise she felt in love with pole dancing a few years ago. Now this hobby turned into her job, lucky us, because we can’t imagine PDFA without Lianne!

Nicole is our allround instructor, there is nothing she cannot do!

Nicole is our allround instructor, there is nothing she cannot do! She teaches Kids Pole on Saturdays and she substitutes pole, twerk and aerial classes if the regular instructors are on vacation. Nicole started pretty late with dancing, when she was already 13 years old. Her first love was hip hop and later burlesque and twerk. In 2014 ago she started pole dancing. She just loves to perform, but she also likes begin an instructor since she loves to inspire students, both adults and kids, and help them developing their skills.

Lizzl Winkelman

Lizzl has been doing aerial silks since 2003. Teaching and performing is what she loves doing!

Her background in gymnastics, dancing and circus helped her develop a unique silks style. It is a mix of drops, tricks and flexy poses. Besides teaching she is a true performer. She performs with aerial silks but also on stilts. She loves to literally ‘hang out’ in silks, so she invites you to join her aerial silks classes every Monday.

Marcelina is dancing since she was a child and she can’t imagine her life without pole dancing and sports.

In 2016 she did her first pole dancing class and felt this was her thing! When she's dancing, it takes away her problems and it feels like a moment of magic. She hopes you will feel the same in her classes! Marcelina just moved to Holland and found out about PDFA a while ago: 'This place makes me feel like home and I’m super happy that I have the opportunity to teach you and show you a little bit of my world.'

Miguel Matias

Miguel is teaching silks and get flexy. His way of teaching is dynamic and encouraging, you will definitely love his classes.

Miguel finished his professional acting theatre course in 2016 and worked in several plays and cinema productions in Portugal where he’s originally from. In 2016 he graduated for his BA in performance arts. Around 2010 he starts to explore body movement. His interest is triggered by aerial acrobatics but also contemporary and jazz dance, and burlesque. His teacher career starts in 2015 when he decides to open a show venue and performance arts school in Lisboa. His most recent interest is genderbending, which is one of the reasons he moved to Amsterdam in 2016. In his classes he brings all the influences from his past to create a unique and fun Aerial workout.

Aerial hoop is for her the perfect combination of acrobatics and dancing, sports and arts, strength and flexibility.

As a little girl Amarens started with gymnastics and practiced this until the age of 25. In 2006 I was a year abroad where she attended the Dance Academy in Panama City. Since she always loved heights, she decided to try Aerial silks by the end of 2016. Soon after doing some classes, she discovered Aerial hoop which she loved straight away. Amarens started teaching at PDFA in 2019. She really enjoys seeing students getting enthusiastic about making progress and learning new tricks. In her classes she likes to combine strength elements and flexy poses in flowy transitions, without forgetting a nice drop or roll once in a while.

Kira did her first pole dance class in in 2013 and she liked it straight away! She loves how you never get bored and there is always something new to learn. My first Exotic pole class with Tatjana at PDFA got me hooked again.

My first Exotic pole class with Tatjana at PDFA got me hooked again. After doing pole for a while Aerial silks and hoop caught my attention. I learned how to develop my own flow, this is also what she likes to teach in her classes. Besides teaching, Kira performs a lot; hoop, silks, pole or only a stage… she loves it all!

In 2 years she started to teach in Berlin and discovered her own unique style in exotic pole dance. She fell in love with the feminine style of pole dance and you will find this flowy, sensual side back in her classes.
