Workshop Get Flexy Intensive
Tijdens deze workshop leer je verschillende technieken waarmee je op een effectieve en veilige manier werkt aan je actieve en passieve lenigheid. We zullen vele spiergroepen behandelen zodat jij straks verbetering ziet in jouw splits, spagaten, rug- en schouderlenigheid. Leer diverse technieken die je ook goed thuis zelf kunt trainen. Toegankelijk voor alle niveaus.

Workshop Dynamic Hoop Tricks
Breng je Aerial Hoop skills naar een hoger niveau tijdens deze workshop. Natasha leert je diverse technieken om dynamic tricks in de Hoop te beheersen. Regrips, drops, rolls met momentum komen aan bod in diverse verrassende combinaties. Natasha begeleid je zodanig, zodat je met zelfvertrouwen deze tricks en combos onder de knie krijgt. Pre-Intermediatie level is een vereiste om deel te nemen aan deze workshop.
