Which class can I book?
Equipped with your trial class you can sign up to any of our classes, at either of our studios. Is this your first time doing Pole Dancing, Aerial Silks or Hoop? Make sure you book the beginner 1 classes.

Pole Dance Factory Amsterdam boasts 2 locations in Amsterdam, studio PDFA-Oost and studio PDFA-Noord. With your membership or class package you can book classes at either location.
Don’t worry, you don’t have to be strong.Also not flexible.
In the beginners 1 class you will learn the basics of pole dancing and the most essential moves. We promise you, in no time you will notice real changes in your strength, flexibility and most importantly confidence. So why not book your trial class today?
