Join our 4-week course where our expert instructor will guide you through all the important basic techniques in Heels Pole such as body waves, platform work, leg swirls, rotations, and floor techniques. Are you interested in Aerial Silks or Aerial Hoop, but haven't dared to get going? If this is you, we have just the program for you. Introducing the PDFA 4-week Intro to Aerial course. Our skilled, passionate, and patient instructor will guide you through the basics of Silks and Hoop so that you will get a good understanding of both disciplines.
