Workshop Dynamic Flow with Wes Marx
Wes Marx is coming to Amsterdam! Alongside his residency at the PDFA Heels Pole Camp this August, Wes is offering a standalone workshop open to students outside the camp. Join Wes for his DYNAMIC FLOW Heels Choreo! Without losing the fluid essence of the movement, we will work on a sequence that combines dynamic transitions, impact movements (such as knee kips and drops), and musicality. We will also understand the detailed technique of transitions that require speed, momentum and dynamics to happen smoothly. Level: Intermediate / Advanced (variations provided)

8-Week Kids Pole Course
Does your child love climbing, clambering, and trying out cool tricks? Then the 8-week Kids Pole course at Pole Dance Factory Amsterdam is perfect for him/her. Pole dancing is a form of acrobatics that's becoming increasingly popular as a sport for kids. During this course, children learn various basic techniques in a playful and safe way: climbing, sitting, spinning, and even hanging upside down on the pole. You could compare it to a gymnastics class, but with an extra big dose of FUN.
Kids Pole isn't just fun; it’s also great for your child's physical development: it builds strength, coordination, and self-confidence.
Who it's for: boys and girls aged 8 to 12

Would you like to discover if pole dancing is something for you? Join our 4-week course, where our experienced instructor will guide you step by step through all the essential basic techniques of pole dancing.
