Workshop with Magnus Labbe
Magnus Labbe is coming to PDFA and will teach you how to flow around the pole! In this workshop, we dive into the art of finding movement from stillness. You’ll explore how to create seamless flow and momentum even when the pole isn’t spinning, using grounded low-flow techniques and static rotations. Together, we’ll break down how to generate energy from small initiations, transform subtle weight shifts into dynamic rotations, and weave them into fluid dance. Expect to refine transitions, discover new pathways around the pole, and unlock the tools to make your movement look effortless, continuous, and uniquely your own. Level: Suitable for intermediate and up.
Focus: Low flows • Static rotation • Momentum creation • Flow discovery
