SPINNING DYNAMICS
Dive into the world of dynamic transitions on the spinning pole! In this workshop, Karem will guide you through fluid and powerful sequences that challenge your strength, control, and creativity. You’ll explore intermediate spins, dynamic inversions, and the art of seamless transitions. This class is perfect for those looking to refine their spinning technique while learning how to combine power and grace. Expect personalized tips, technical breakdowns, and innovative combos designed to elevate your spinning pole artistry to the next level. Level: Intermediate and above.

STATIC ROTATIONS
Static rotations are a captivating skill where you create the illusion of a spinning pole on a static one, showcasing elegance and precision. In this workshop, you’ll learn foundational techniques and rotation combos that do not include inversions, perfect for those starting their rotations journey. For more advanced students, Karem will also introduce inversions and the Aysha twist, sharing intricate combos that challenge your coordination, control, and patience. You’ll learn how to engage the right muscles, control your movements, and use your lines and shapes to create beautiful, seamless rotations. Level: Beginner and above. Participants should feel comfortable with most leg hangs.

Workshop Bring your Buddy

We're thrilled to announce the return of our popular Bring Your Buddy workshop! Everyone is welcome to join in on the fun whether it's your mother, father, sister, brother, girlfriend, or boyfriend. Age is no barrier, anyone can learn the basics of pole dancing. Alongside mastering fundamental techniques, we'll explore exciting duo tricks you and your buddy can try together. It's the perfect opportunity for you and a loved one to experience the joy of pole dancing together! No prior experience is necessary, and age and fitness level are not limitations, ensure you're in good health to participate.
