During this class you will learn the various techniques to enter and exit from the hoop. Learn how to make beautiful poses, turns and transitions in the hoop along with conditioning strength and flexibility excercises. This class is accessible for all levels. On Monday evenening you can participate in our SPINNING HOOP class. Here we will work on different spinning sequences in the hoop. For this you will need to learn different techniques then in the regular hoop, so for this class it is necesary you feel comfortable with some basic postures. We recommend students to wear clothing that covers the backs of their knees and torso.
