In this Beginners Workshop we will dive into all the basics you need for spinning pole. Learn how to play in the pole and create beautiful shapes and combos with simple movements. Yasmin will teach you all tips & tricks to become a real spinny pole queen. For this workshop you should be comfortable with basic turns and inverting in static pole.
