

In this class, we work on improving joint mobility and how comfortably your body moves through different positions, something that benefits everyone in daily life. Through a mix of dynamic stretching, controlled joint movements, and light strength exercises, we build range of motion, flexibility, stability, and body awareness. The goal is to help you move more freely and with more control in everyday actions like squatting, reaching, and twisting, while also reducing stiffness and the risk of injuries in disciplines such as pole and aerial.
