During this class you will learn different elements from Russian Exotic pole dance. After a warm up you will learn a choreography, in which floor work will be combined with gracious movements. This class is similar to sexy pole, but this time it is more Russian style. Learn how to graciously move around the pole and feel more feminine, sexy and confident! Don’t forget your heels! For this class a Beginners 1 level is required.
