During this workshop you will learn various stretching techniques which you use to improve your active and passive flexibility in a safe way. With several stretches we’ll work on improving the flexibility in your hamstrings, calves, hips, shoulders, and back.
We will do both solo as partner stretches. Because of doing stretches together, you will get more motivated to hold on longer and also you can relax better, so you can focus to come deeper in your stretch. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
