During this 2 hours workshop you will learn various stretching techniques by which you can improve your passive and active flexibility. We will cover a variety of stretches to improve the flexibility of your hamstrings, quadriceps, hips, shoulders, and back. The exercises are all carefully chosen to make sure you will be able to easily do them on your own, so you will be able to keep on improving your flexibility.
This workshop is for all levels.
