During this workshop of 2 hours you will learn various stretching techniques which will improve your passive and active flexibility. You will do a lot of different stretches, which will cover all muscle groups, so you will get into your splits easier and you will get more flexible in your shoulders and back.
We will do both solo and partner stretches. By stretching in pairs, you will get more motivated and you can relax more, so you will get deeper into your stretch. This workshop is for all levels.
