Splits & Backbends by Cynn Davila | 19 january

In this 2 hours workshop by Cynn Davila we will work on exercises that will help you to learn how to proper and safety backbend on split positions. We will stretch legs and back separately first and subsequently we will learn how to put them together without forcing the body. 

Cynn Davila is a certified pole dance instructor, showgirl and flexibility coach in Paris. Growing up in Mexico, she started practicing contemporary dance where she got certified as a dance teacher. She moved to the USA to expand her knowledge in dance and flexibility. After several years of flexibility experience she created her own unique technique to help others increase their flexibility.
